Associate Professor of Philosophy
Professor Goodin was born on the island of Jamaica and received his Ph.D. from the New School for Social Research in New York City. He chaired the Philosophy Department for several years and also served as Co-Director of the Caribbean Studies Program here at Howard. He is also one of the founding members of the Caribbean Philosophical Association.
